Where is my progress saved?

On your device. Moving to a new phone doesn't carry your progress over yet, and uninstalling the game deletes it.

I bought Ridium but didn't get it.

Restart the game: unfinished purchases are delivered the next time it launches.

Still missing? Email us with your App Store or Google Play receipt and we'll sort it out.

How do I start over?

Go to Settings > Reset game. Ridium you purchased is kept.

How do I turn off analytics?

Go to Settings > Privacy > Share anonymous stats and switch it off. See the privacy policy for details.

What are region jobs?

From level 5, tap the clipboard button. Each region has 5 jobs (mine, fight, haul, upgrade and more), and new ones arrive every 6 hours.

I finished Part 1. What now?

Keep playing, or start over. New parts of the story are on the way, and we'd love to hear what you thought.
